How It Works:
Order your requested item through our secure order form. Check the box for
the layaway plan which is best suited to your needs. Fill out the credit
card or checking account information where provided. Three Brothers' staff
will automatically, and manually, divide your payments equally depending
on the term chosen. You will see a difference between the first payment and
subsequent payments due to the addition of shipping charges on the initial
payment. Depending on the term chosen, Three Brothers will automatically
charge your credit card or draft a check against your account for each payment
due. Three Brothers will notify you in advance of the upcoming payment withdrawal
via e-mail and postal mail.
It is your responsibility to advise us immediately should circumstances warrant
the need to suspend the automatic payment withdrawal. This can be done simply
and without question and will save us all the added hassle, so please do
not be shy. If you choose to pay by check or money order through the postal
service, we will bill you in advance of your upcoming layaway payment. Once
you have completed your payment term or once your remaining balance becomes
fully paid, Three Brothers will immediately ship your product(s) to you.
Within thirty (30) days of your order, you have the option to use your credit
towards a purchase of any other product in our store and cease any further
layaway withdrawals. You also have the option to change the merchandise placed
on layaway to any other product and continue with a revised or continuous
payment plan.
*You may cancel your layaway plan within thirty (30) days of your purchase
for a full refund. After thirty (30) days, Three Brothers has the option
by North Carolina Statute to retain the aggregate sum of your total paid
or $50, whichever is less. We expect our charge to never be more than $25
if cancelled after the initial 30 day period, but reserve all rights. Simply
stated, we understand cancellations and we ask that should you wish to use
this option, please let us know within 30 days of your layaway order in order
to assist us in minimizing our expense.
